Believing that companies must “Make Work Rewarding” in order to attract and retain employees, Paige launched BetterWorks in 2010. Located in Santa Monica, BetterWorks’ value proposition is that it “makes it easy for employers to do the right thing for employees.” By providing a cost-effective solution to reward and recognize employees through the use of meaningful perks, BetterWorks helps companies build an emotional connection that money just can’t buy.
